| With this research as Turkey and the other important olive growing countries like Spain. İtaly and Greece; we have added a stage to the studies on olive economy by dealing with olive oil, table olive and olive pomace.
Except that it has studied on analytic evaluation of the base these productions by Turkey an the other important olive growing countries. Thus, the privileges, superiorities shortages of Turkiye in comporison with other countreis have been put forth and some suggestions related to the problems have been made. |
