| In this study the organisational problems of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs inhibiting the productivity and quality of their works have been evaluated.
The structural changes that the Departments of Ministry has underwent; the ideas of different groups about their activities in the previous years; and the current situation of the Ministry have been evaluated basing on some principles of administrative sciences and some proposals have been given to better their activities.
Asa result it has been concluded that, because they are serving a larger population having indigeneous knowledge about agriculture, technicians are very important in agriculture compared with the other sectors. Therefore importance should be given to the pre-sevice and insevice trining of the personnel and appointment of directors evaluating the works of their staff without being under the influence of other factors. Thus, by providing the above , the effectiveness of work of Ministry of Agriculture and and Rural Affairs could be realized in the short run. |
