| This research has been made by the aim of determination something needed for improvement of table olive sector of Akhisar county.
In this working , has been used data coming from interviews made by table-olive plants owners and some materials taken some other research made earlier.
Although this county has sufficient needed infrastructure, the establishment of a high school named “ Olive Growing and Table Olive Technology” for the improvement is needed as along term measure. And other measures may be taken to bring the process-plant owners to the country in which table-olive sector has been highly developed, with a widely organisation by the leadership of public institutions. This kid of measures can accelerate the improvement being present. |
